By entering, viewing, or interacting with VCL Pulse™, you explicitly understand, acknowledge, and accept all guidelines, safety policies, and disclaimers outlined in this document.
Live Feed Acknowledgment
By viewing or interacting with the live camera feeds on this platform, you understand that footage is utilized solely to provide an accurate, real-time representation of the venue's atmosphere. The platform employs environmental scanning to measure crowd density and energy; we do not deploy facial recognition, nor do we track or record individual identities.
By accessing VCL Pulse™ you agree to use the platform for its intended purpose — checking real-time atmosphere data for public venues. Misuse, abuse of reporting features, or attempts to reverse-engineer the environmental scoring model are prohibited.
Safety and Security
You explicitly agree NOT to use this platform, its live scoring data, or its camera feeds to stalk, harass, intimidate, threaten, or track any individual. This application is strictly for checking the general commercial atmosphere of entertainment venues. Any use of this platform to facilitate, coordinate, or engage in criminal or illegal activities is strictly prohibited.
We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for abuse. We reserve the right to instantly terminate your account, ban your device, and cooperate fully with local law enforcement by handing over relevant telemetry data if malicious or criminal behavior is detected under our parent company Vibe Quantify.
Exclusive Ownership
All content on the VCL Pulse™ platform — including but not limited to text, copy, neon graphics, iconography, logos, UI designs, animations, source code, compiled binaries, database schemas, proprietary algorithms, environmental scoring models, and real-time data streams — is the exclusive intellectual property of Vibe Quantify, protected under United States and international copyright, trademark, and trade-secret law.
Copying, scraping, mirroring, scraping via automated agents, reverse-engineering, republishing, or any commercial reproduction of this platform or its data streams — in whole or in part — without prior written consent from Vibe Quantify is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized use will result in immediate termination of access, civil action for damages, and referral to law enforcement where applicable.
